When you use our mobile application ("App", "Reps") and any of our services (the "Services"), we want you to understand that your privacy is paramount to us.

Data We Collect

We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal data.

Reps is designed with privacy as a core principle. All of your workout information remains exclusively on your device. We have no servers that store your data, and we do not create user accounts.

Your Workout Data

Reps is a workout tracking app. You enter your workout data (consisting of training information such as your workout activity data, exercises performed, body measurements, etc.) directly into the app.

This data stays only on your device and iCloud account to share between devices. We never see it, collect it, or transmit it to any servers.

Managing Your Data

Since all data is stored locally on your device:

  • Your data remains under your complete control
  • If you delete the app, all data is removed from your device, subject to Apple's iCloud policies
  • We cannot recover your data if you lose your device or uninstall the app

Analytics and Tracking

We do not use any analytics, tracking, or third-party services that would collect information about your usage of Reps.

We do not track:

  • Your identity
  • Your usage patterns
  • Your workout information
  • Any device information
  • Your location

iCloud Storage

Reps uses iCloud to sync your workout data across your Apple devices. This data is stored in your personal iCloud account and is protected by your Apple ID credentials.

We do not have any access to your iCloud data. The data syncing happens directly between your devices and your iCloud account. Apple controls the security and privacy of this data according to their iCloud terms and privacy policy.

Customer Support

If you contact us for support purposes, any communication you send (such as email) is handled according to standard email practices. We do not link support communications to any usage data, as we do not collect usage data.

Data Processing and Storage

We do not process or store any data because Reps does not collect any data. All information you enter into Reps remains exclusively on your device and iCloud account.

Children

Reps does not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 13 and does not target our services to children under 13. If you are under 13, please do not submit any personal data through the Services.

We encourage parents and legal guardians to monitor their children's Internet usage and to help enforce our Privacy Policy by instructing their children to never provide personal data through any of our Services. If you have reason to believe that a child under the age of 13 has provided personal data to us, please contact us.

Deleting Your Data

Since your data is stored locally on your device and in your iCloud account, you have complete control over its deletion.

To delete your data:

  1. Open Reps
  2. Delete your data within the app settings
  3. Uninstall the app from your device

This will remove all local data from your device. If you are using iCloud sync, review Apple's iCloud documentation.

Changes to this Policy

This policy replaces all previous policies. We reserve the right to change this policy at any time. Any changes will be reflected on our website which you should review frequently for updates.
